Construction (or Just Big) Copies, Personal Service
What I Do
My specialties are the construction industry, and some odd wide-format jobs. Most of my business is copying, scanning, or printing construction plans, also known as engineering drawings, architectural plans, landscaping drawings, building plans, etc. Many people still call them blueprints, though most of them have been black and white for years now. I can also scan and print out in color. I often scan files and send them to other cities, or receive digital files from elsewhere and print them for work being done in Denver. I do graphic design, including logos, websites, and business cards, and illustration; see my graphic design website for examples. Some of my regular customers come in just for layout and design. After doing this for 18 years or so, I get some especially interesting jobs such as scanning for record some 1931 architectural plans, and copying the illustrations someone's mother did for a children's book she never published. For more details of what I do, contact me or see the page listing my specific services.
A mid-Victorian copy shop with digital technology
I believe in old-fashioned service, and old-fashioned almost everything else, but some things just work better with the latest technology. I have some of the most up-to-date gadgets and know how to use them, but if there's a simpler way, I'll let you know. Bring in your pencil drawing or ftp your file--I'll work with you. Hours are 8AM to 4:30PM on weekdays (Fridays are sometimes short hours, especially during airshow season), but talk to me if you need something outside those hours.
A business with a British flavor located in Littleton, Colorado
I am the owner, Ewan Tallentire, a British citizen and a Colorado native. I took over operations from my former employer, Vantech Reprographics, in 2007. I added some services, and am ready to add more as needed by my customers; let me know what you'd like to see. I bought the business because I like serving the customers, and according to Colossians 3:23, the real customer is the Lord Jesus Christ. Please let me know if the service is not what it should be.
Small-shop savings
Though small shops have the reputation of being more expensive, my prices are actually very competitive with the bigger places, especially office-supply stores. But I may also save you money by conserving your resources:
- Convenient to Denver's southwest metro area, saving the gas to drive elsewhere
- You can watch copies coming out, so a mistake doesn't become a wasted set of prints
- Less employee time spent in line or making extra trips; many jobs can be done while you wait
- Save the whole trip by sending a file electronically and getting the prints delivered
New customers are usually amazed by my prices, speed, and quality, and decide to be regular customers.
